&lt;p&gt;Thanks for your feedback.  Certainly, if Kate was responsible for the behind the scenes running of the event then she certainly deserves thanks.  Speakers were organised and ready to go and for a group of 600+, the mechanics of it all were exceptionally well run.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I honestly don't think I heard one single bad word spoken about any aspect of this event which is a credit to the organisers all around.&lt;/p&gt;
